Claim forms are only valid 30 days after end Tournament Date

All our tournaments claim forms have an expiry date.  

Forms must be sent in before 6pm on the date specified after tournament end date to be valid.  

All forms after this end date and time are not valid.

PLAYER ACCOUNT WALLET IS THE SAFEST AND PREFERRED WAY OF PAYMENT TO PLAYERS

NO SECRET WORD IS REQUIRED FOR THIS METHOD

Please choose Player Account Wallet or E-Transfer option when submitting your claim form.

Player Account Funds and E-transfers are sent out within 14 days of receiving a players claim form.

If you would prefer to use E-transfer please note that Auto Deposit is the safest way of doing this method.

Alberta Games Inc is not responsible for funds not received in the case of a players e-mail account being compromised.

Alberta Games will also NEVER send out a link via TEXT to click to have your funds deposited.

If your account is set up for Auto Deposit please choose AUTO as your secret word.

If you wish to have your claim form submission deposited directly to your Player Account Wallet please select this option.

Funds from your Player Account Wallet will be available to pay for games played as well as purchase accessories etc.

All of our tournament forms must be filled out completely with a Players Real Name and Persona ID that matches our Leaderboard in order to be a valid claim form

Players claiming in our tournaments must be able to provide current Government Issued photo ID that matches the Name on the Leaderboard in order to be able to claim in our Tournaments.

Tournament structure & payouts is the discretion of Alberta Games & may be subject to change without notice based on the amount of play during a Tournament
