Tournaments Rules & Regulations

1) Your real name must be used when playing Tournaments on our machines in order to be eligible to claim in the Alberta Games Golden Tee Tournaments.

(no nicknames are permitted on the FINAL Leader-board and are not eligible to Claim in our Tournaments)

If it looks like you are using a possible nickname it will be removed from the Leader-board on the final date the Leader-board is posted.

If you don't see your name on the Leader-board and you are sure it should be, please contact us and we will look into this issue.

2) Only 1 claim form will be eligible per person per tournament. 

Anyone trying to claim 2 claim forms per Tournament will forfeit all for that Tournament and will not be eligible for future claims in other Tournaments. 

A Tournament with a bonus is considered 2 separate Tournaments, therefore a player may claim twice in the same Tournament Name; 1 for the actual Tournament and 1 for the Bonus Tournament.

3) Players must be able to send a copy of a valid Government Issued Identification with the same name on the Leader-board in order to claim in our Tournament.  

Your mailing address on your ID must also match the address we are sending your claim form to.

If you have an address change or E-Mail address change you must submit as a NEW PLAYER to claim with current photo Government Issued Identification and your claim will be mailed to your new address.

4) An online claim form must be filled out completely and received along with your copy of a Government Issued ID within 30 days of the tournament ending for a claim form to be valid. 

Claim forms are no longer valid to the player after 30 days of the Tournament end date.

5) All claims will be mailed or E-transferred to the recipient within 21 days of receiving the player’s valid claim form.

E-transfer passwords are the choice of the player, but must remain the SAME password each time a player claims in our Tournaments.  If you want to change your password you must submit a 

NEW PLAYER claim form so we are aware of the change.

6) ALL players submitting claims will be required to answer a skill testing question.

7) Alberta Games reserves the right to ask a player to show his/her ability to play in the
Tournament at any given time should the need arise.  

If a player chooses not to allow this, their claim form will be invalid and their name removed from the Leader-board. 

8) Not all Golden Tee & PGA Tour machines are owned & operated by Alberta Interlake Games Inc.  

Make sure you are playing on one of OUR machines in order to be eligible for our Tournaments.  

Check out the VENUES page to see if the location you are playing at is in our Tournaments.

9) All decisions on claims won, format and discrepancies will be the final decision

 of Alberta Games Tournaments.  

Alberta Games Tournaments is not responsible for malfunction of games during Tournament play or Server Reporting Issues that may void or not report a players score in our Tournaments.  

We can not report on information that is not sent to the Golden Tee server and can only base our Leaderboards on the information that is available to us for our Tournaments. 

We will do every thing we can to verify players scores and stats with-in our ability but can not guarantee the outcome.

Tournaments and claim structure is the discretion of Alberta Games and may be subject to change.
