Alberta Games Tournament Claim Form
Claim forms are only valid 30 days after end Tournament Date
All our tournaments claim forms have an expiry date.
Forms must be sent in before 6pm on the date specified after tournament end date to be valid.
All forms after this end date and time are not valid.
E-Transfer AND NEW....Player Account deposit funds option available

There will no longer be a cheque option available for Claim forms.
Please choose E-Transfer option or Player Account Wallet option when submitting your claim form.
E-transfers and Player Account Funds are sent out within 14 days of receiving a players claim form.
E-transfers will require a secret word and Player Account Wallet will require a confirmation of selection.
If you wish to have your claim form submission deposited directly to your Player Account Wallet please select this option and confirm your choice. Funds from your Player Account Wallet will be available to pay for games played as well as purchase accessories etc.
INFORMATION REQUIRED TO UPDATE OUR FILES - Notice to Players:
We are updating our files for our tournament claim forms and ALL players will be required to submit updated Government Issued photo ID and a current mailing address matching your ID to ensure that we have all the correct information on file for our players.
If you have claimed in our Tournaments since January 1st, 2025 then you will NOT need to resubmit this information at this time
Claim forms will not be processed without the updated information on file.
Forms Must Be Fully Completed
All of our tournament forms must be filled out completely with a Players Real Name and Persona ID that matches our Leader-board in order to be a valid claim form
Players claiming in our tournaments must be able to provide current Government Issued photo ID that matches the Name on the Leader-board in order to be able to claim in our Tournaments.

All decisions on claims won, format & discrepancies will be the final decision of Alberta Games Tournaments. Alberta Games Tournaments is not responsible for malfunction of games during Tournament play or Server Reporting Issues that may void or not report a players score in our Tournaments. We can not report on information that is not sent to the Incredible Technologies server & can only base our Leaderboards on the information that is available to us for our Tournaments. We will do every thing we can to verify players scores & stats with-in our ability but can not guarantee the outcome. NEW TO OUR TOURNAMENTS
Claim form payments are now available to be directly deposited to a Player Account wallet for use directly on PGA or GTL Live machines.
Players will be able to Pay for games and do purchases directly from your player account.
Pay for your games directly from your player account with funds directly deposited into your player wallet from your Tournament.
Due to the ongoing issues with Canada Post in the past year we will no longer be mailing out Tournament Claim payments to players.
Only an E-transfer option or Player account wallet funds will be available indefinitely.
